Some believe astrology is but a mirror image of Man’s life in the universe.
Every ‘age’ in human history has rediscovered astrology, adapted the theory and concepts to its needs and then abandoned it.
Astrology teaches that all ‘living organisms’ are ruled by forces and cycles of unfolding energy patterns. In other words living clones of the revealing consciousness of the “One Life” as expressed by “Ancient Wisdom”.
The ‘Law of Correspondence’ states every living organism from the most simplistic form lives, moves and has its being within the body of a greater more complex form which the lesser simplistic form is but a reflection of the greater more complex form.
History is a representation of the stratified past of all men which serves and acts within everyone and astrology is but a language which highlights history and its mechanisms. Man throughout history has travelled through many changes from the instinctive reality of the most simplistic forms of life through to progress and development of the senses, the brain and the mind. Man’s completeness depends on each occurring in its proper place.
Metaphysically we know there are seven major vital energy centres within the make up of the human body which is commonly known as ‘chakras’ and they are balanced from the seventh centre at the top of the head down the spinal cord to the first centre at the base of the spinal cord.
The five other centres are found at the third eye, the throat, the heart, the solar plexus and at the reproductive organs.
These seven centres are closely connected with seven of the endocrine glands in the human body and seven planets of the solar system. Thus, there exist a profound relationship between the planetary movements, the seven vitality centres, the endocrine glands and human behavior.
To understand how and why astrology works we need to understand the interrelationships of this system of correspondence that is most basic to the synchronicity between how planets move, cycles and human nature.
The solar system according to “Ancient Wisdom Teachings” is a living organism expressing itself through the seven planets even though to date we have nine discovered. However, the solar system lives within a ‘greater whole’ of which it is but a reflection and in whose image it was created … as stated by Alan Oken’s “Complete Astrology”.
It is said that our solar system is part of a greater cosmic system in which there consist seven solar systems with the Sun at the center of this system, the Heart Centre (Chakra). The seven stars of the constellation of the Great Bear play a major role in the life of the Cosmic Being. The seven stars are the life line of the Seven Rays of the One Life Force. These rays not only flow through our entire solar system through the seven planets but are the foundations on which the entire science of astrology is based.
Each of these Seven Rays expresses a related quality of the ‘Source’. The “Ray of Love-Wisdom” is related to the heart and to the Sun. The pulsations of the Sun beat with the energy of Love-Wisdom, the quality of its life, its consciousness. Thus, the quality of consciousness of the life of our solar system is ‘LOVE’.
It is the level of ones consciousness which dictates your role in the greater scheme of the universe.
